TL;DR

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (EMEA/Global): Drive full lifecycle recruitment across EMEA and additional global regions with an accent on strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnerships, and data-driven strategies. Focus on building diverse talent pipelines, managing complex requisitions, and influencing workforce planning and organizational design.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid/remote work model)

Salary: €36,000 - €61,200 /year (applies only to candidates in Lithuania)

What you will do

  • Act as primary recruiter for client groups with strong EMEA focus and global support.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment from early career to senior leadership roles.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for diverse talent pipelines.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, assess candidates, and negotiate offers.
  • Use data analytics for performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives, workforce planning, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years recruiting experience in agency and in-house settings
  • Proven global recruitment delivery, strong EMEA focus and international exposure
  • Experience with talent pipelines, sourcing, ATS, and recruitment technologies
  • Analytical skills for data-driven hiring and workforce strategies
  • Ability to manage complexity in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field desirable

  • Experience designing talent acquisition programs
  • Solid understanding of EMEA hiring practices and market dynamics
