TL;DR

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR/Tech): Managing the full recruitment cycle for Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams with an accent on sourcing top talent across international European markets. Focus on optimizing candidate experience, driving employer branding initiatives, and utilizing data-driven insights from psychometric testing.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania. Must have the right to live and work in the EU.

Salary: €3,800–€4,500 gross per month.

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to signing.
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience to differentiate the company in a competitive market.
  • Source top talent across international markets using LinkedIn and other job boards.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on employer branding projects to attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in-house at a tech company.
  • Right to live and work in the EU is a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience hiring for roles across multiple geographical locations.
  • Experience utilizing psychometric tests for data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to drive progress in ambiguous environments and manage stakeholder expectations.
