What you will do

• Own the entire Spanish channel production workflow, from ideation and research to recording and publishing.
• Act as the face of the channel, recording engaging long-form videos and Shorts for Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Develop localized content strategies based on keyword research, competitor analysis, and regional cultural nuances.
• Analyze performance metrics to implement data-driven improvements and boost viewer retention.
• Collaborate with freelance editors and scriptwriters to ensure high-quality visual and narrative execution.
• Experiment with new formats and hooks to transition the channel from tutorials to an entertaining learning hub.

Requirements

• Spanish: Native-level language skills required
• 3+ years of experience in content creation and strategy with a proven track record of on-camera work.
