What you will do

• Manage the full production workflow for the French channel, including ideation, research, writing, recording, and publishing.
• Act as the face of the channel, recording engaging long-form and Shorts videos.
• Develop a localized content strategy based on regional insights and competitor research.
• Analyze performance metrics to implement data-driven improvements for growth and retention.
• Collaborate with freelance editors and scriptwriters to ensure high-quality visual and narrative execution.
• Optimize metadata and perform A/B thumbnail testing to maximize reach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content creation and strategy with a strong portfolio of on-camera work.
• Native-level French language skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for video content.
• Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, retention strategies, and SEO.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable content decisions.
