Product Designer (SaaS)

Product Designer (SaaS): Designing and optimizing user-centric tools for creators and small businesses with an accent on end-to-end design ownership and user research. Location: Remote (Global) or hybrid from offices in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: €4,500 – €6,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and create intuitive, easy-to-use solutions.
• Own the entire design process from initial sketching to shipment and performance monitoring.
• Conduct extensive user research and iterate on solutions based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate with the design guild to evolve and improve internal design systems and processes.
• Take full autonomy and responsibility for the design area you manage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech companies.
• Deep fluency in design thinking, UX research, prototyping, and iterative design.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication skills for presenting design solutions and ideas.
• Portfolio with real design cases, process, and solution thinking is mandatory for consideration.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude or HotJar.
