What you will do
- Define global Amazon strategies and toolkits using category insights, analytics, and consumer data to grow sales and loyalty.
- Develop customized blueprints for marketing mix, NPI support, and partnerships aligned with commercial goals.
- Guide regional execution of strategies, monitor KPIs like ROAS and sales via scorecards, and facilitate cross-team communication.
- Leverage Amazon Media for share growth: create playbooks, recommendations, reports, and pilots across channels like Meta and TikTok.
- Lead best-practice sharing by synthesizing insights from markets and activations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing, eCommerce, Amazon advertising
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, programmatic/DSPs, paid search, performance metrics
- Experience with global/regional/local teams and agency/stakeholder management
- Analytical skills to derive commercial insights from data
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or branded goods
- Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, retail media, eCommerce/DTC tools
