What you will do

• Define the strategic vision, governance, and operating standards for the NDO to align with enterprise transformation objectives.
• Manage end-to-end portfolio planning and sequencing, balancing strategic value, risk, capacity, and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee program and project delivery across Networks, ensuring accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Lead investment tracking, benefits realization, and Capex management governance, reporting directly into Finance.
• Proactively identify and escalate strategic risks and interdependencies to executive leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Tertiary degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field; Project Management certification is highly regarded.
• Extensive experience in lifecycle management within Mobile, Telco, or similarly complex environments.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO management in large enterprise settings.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale transformations aligned with business strategy.
• Leadership experience managing large program/project teams within matrixed environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience engaging with regulators (e.g., ACMA), vendors, and cross-functional partners.
