What you will do

• Build, mentor, and manage the QA team, including conducting 1on1s, performance reviews, and onboarding.
• Own the QA strategy for all mobile titles from pre-production through live ops and updates.
• Design and evolve QA processes, including release pipelines, test coverage standards, and bug triage flows.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and usability testing on iOS and Android.
• Drive test automation adoption and evaluate tooling to increase coverage and reduce manual overhead.
• Maintain high-quality test documentation, plans, and checklists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Lead QA positions within the game development industry.
• Proven experience managing a QA team, including hiring and task distribution.
• Hands-on experience with Charles Proxy, Xcode, Android Studio, and Unity Editor.
• Proficiency with Postman or Swagger and TestRail (or comparable test management systems).
• Experience with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and monitoring tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
• Strong knowledge of mobile platform dependencies for iOS and Android.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with in-game ad platforms such as IronSource or AppLovin.
• Experience testing in-app purchases, consumables, subscriptions, and monetization flows.
