What you will do

• Define architectural patterns and the "Golden Path" to enable product teams to move with high velocity.
• Lead the migration of legacy components to Kubernetes and optimize CI/CD workflows.
• Design and maintain scalable, reproducible infrastructure using IaC for multi-chain ingestion engines.
• Implement SRE principles, including defining SLOs and observability patterns to ensure platform uptime.
• Develop internal tooling and platforms that empower engineers to own their services from development to production.

Requirements

• Senior experience building and operating large-scale production environments, preferably in FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or high-growth startups.
• Deep expertise across DevOps, Infrastructure, and SRE with a focus on preventing systemic failures.
• Proven mastery of Kubernetes, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi/Terraform).
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing code in Python, Go, or Rust for automation and internal tools.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in Web3 and blockchain technology.
• Knowledge of real-time or streaming data platforms.
• Experience in security, fraud, risk, or other adversarial domains.
