Engineering Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end in-fab repair program, managing scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables across all participating functions.
• Partner with Legal and Trade Compliance to ensure all activities meet contractual, export control, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Strategic Sourcing to drive supplier engagement, RFQs, and contract execution.
• Orchestrate inbound/outbound logistics, including cross-border shipments and customs clearance for parts movement.
• Define and maintain the end-to-end repair process, including SOPs, RACI matrices, and operating playbooks.
• Own the Engineering Change Order (ECO) release management process from initiation through field rollout.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Business.
• 5+ years of program management experience in semiconductor capital equipment or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of export controls, trade compliance, and customs processes.
• Experience with ECO release management within an engineering change-control framework.
• Fluent written and spoken English; working proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.

• Technical background in semiconductor equipment, electronics, or opto-mechanical systems.
• Prior experience in a semiconductor OEM service or sustaining organization managing repair programs.
