What you will do

• Develop color keys to define lighting, palette, and atmosphere based on thumbnails and show references.
• Translate approved color keys into fully rendered final artwork using clean line art files.
• Maintain strict adherence to established art styles and visual guidelines of Glitch IPs.
• Iteratively polish artwork based on feedback from Art Directors.
• Prepare and organize digital files for the production pipeline.
• Provide concept support through initial thumbnails and composition proposals.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in color theory, environmental lighting, and digital rendering.
• Ability to execute diverse rendering styles, from painterly finishes to clean cell-shading.
• Strong ability to convey emotion and narrative intent through color and lighting choices.
• Advanced mastery of Adobe Photoshop.
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to integrate into an established studio pipeline.

Nice to have

• Understanding of print workflows and technical production constraints.
• Familiarity with studio organization tools like Airtable.
