HMI E-Beam Inspection Lead (Metrology)

HMI E-Beam Inspection Lead (Metrology): Leading the development and support of HMI e-Beam Inspection (EBI) products at customer sites to drive yield improvement with an accent on application excellence and NPI engagement. Focus on solving complex e-Beam problems, creating BKMs, and driving technical projects to tool-of-record configuration.

Location: Hillsboro, OR, US. Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.

What you will do

• Drive application excellence for the installed base, including recipe setup, maintenance, and use case development.
• Lead NPI engagement through demos at HMI and evaluations at customer sites.
• Create Best Known Methods (BKM) and maintain the knowledge sharing library.
• Collect and analyze use cases to contribute to customer intelligence.
• Collaborate with account and marketing teams to define product packages meeting customer requirements.
• Drive technical engagement and project collaboration to achieve tool-of-record configuration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or Engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience as a metrology and inspection engineer.
• Proven experience driving technical projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in detailed data analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology (US Export Administration Regulations).
• Ability to work inside a fab for 4+ hours and travel up to 15%.
