What you will do

• Design and maintain the hirify.global Rust SDK and shared core modules powering a multi-platform client ecosystem.
• Guide and mentor engineers in Rust, promoting high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and a consistent developer experience.
• Own the testing, CI/CD, and release processes for all Rust projects.
• Profile and optimize performance in real-time, low-latency systems.
• Define architectural direction and long-term technical strategy for SDK interoperability.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Rust with a track record of delivering production-quality libraries or SDKs.
• Experience developing SDKs or libraries for multi-platform clients (mobile, web, or embedded).
• Deep understanding of testing, CI/CD, and release best practices within the Rust ecosystem.
• Must be based in the U.S. or Canada.
