What you will do

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are well-structured and understood.
• Work with web-based products and CMS platforms, specifically WordPress.
• Define and track product KPIs to monitor performance and success.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI tools.

Requirements

• Experience in product analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Understanding of web-based products, user flows, and content structures.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Fluent English.
• Must be based in Prague for hybrid work.

Nice to have
