What you will do

• Define detailed process steps and deviations within the SCM area of responsibility.
• Promote standardization and support regions in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions.
• Proactively identify and propose new opportunities for standardization to improve processes.
• Manage and coordinate the design of new requirements and communicate decisions throughout the organization.
• Coordinate and actively manage the global key user network.
• Act as the primary point of contact for local key users to manage deliverables, including creation, validation, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• University degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in SAP MM or a similar work environment.
• Experience in analyzing business processes and problem-solving with local key users and IT.
• Strong skills in the elicitation and documentation of business processes and creation of requirement specifications.
• Good communication skills in English are essential.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Proficiency in German or other languages spoken in the EMEA region.
