What you will do

• Coordinate and participate in firm responses to emerging AI regulatory requirements.
• Develop AI governance frameworks integrated into the firm's compliance strategy.
• Participate in steering groups and control forums for AI governance.
• Advise Engineering and business divisions on regulations, policies, and reputational risks.
• Analyze technology regulations, trends, and enforcement actions to identify impacts and gaps.
• Partner with global teams to meet technology-related regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 6-8+ years of work experience, preferably as compliance officer or in technology risk management
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; graduate degree in information security/risk management a plus
• Familiarity with AI technology risks in financial sector
• Understanding of technology risks, global regulations on cyber security, information security, data governance, and AI
• Experience reading regulations, laws, and statutes
• Experience interacting with regulators or supporting audits/inquiries

Nice to have

• Experience in cyber regulatory requirements and technology incident reporting
• Intellectual interest in emerging technologies including AI
