What you will do

  • Own and drive global social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand reputation
  • Lead content planning including editorial calendars for campaigns and initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end content execution across platforms: copy, creative, publishing, optimization
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice on all social channels
  • Partner cross-functionally on launches, updates, and executive communications
  • Manage analytics, reporting, and performance insights to optimize strategy
  • Mentor junior team members and act as SME on social trends and best practices

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related
  • At least 5 years B2B social media experience, preferably in technology/IT/software
  • 3-5 years experience creating/editing short-form and long-form video content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Experience with Meltwater, Sprout Social, Canva (2+ years a plus)

Nice to have

  • B2B public relations experience in technology products or IT/software industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and direction changes in fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with independent and collaborative working style
