Remote from home if in Germany or hybrid/onsite in Berlin office. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable C++ features to enhance platform performance across the core product suite.
• Develop high-performance software handling asynchronous operations, protocol interactions, and real-time data collection at scale.
• Build and implement robust testing and QA processes to ensure reliability and performance.
• Commit code and ship products as a trusted engineer.
• Collaborate with backend, UI, and product teams to shape reliable, scalable network visibility solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 2-5 years of C++ development experience with proficiency in C++14 or newer.
• Experience developing for Windows, Unix (Linux), Mac, and cross-platform environments.
• Expertise in high-performance, multi-threaded applications.
• Ability to develop comprehensive test cases and plans with thorough coverage.
• Expertise in Windows or Linux OS internals, proficiency with Qt and CMake.
• Must be located in Germany for remote or hybrid work.
• No visa sponsorship available.
