What you will do

• Lead on-machine testing projects for current and next-generation Large Mining Trucks to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, document standard work procedures, and analyze validation results.
• Troubleshoot and validate complex electrical, electronic, and software systems using hands-on technical knowledge.
• Utilize data tools such as CANape, Tableau, and DATK to convert raw data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and software teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Operate Large Mining Trucks to perform real-world software and controls validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in testing or validation within heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial machinery.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues using tools such as CAT ET, CANape, and Cadet.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Green Valley, AZ.
• No visa sponsorship provided for this position.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.

Nice to have

• Experience with TCE, DATK, SuperComm 2, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Background in product development specifically for mining or heavy machinery.
