TL;DR

IT Support Specialist: Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, equipment inventory, SaaS licensing, and L1/L2 technical support in Guadalajara office with an accent on local logistics and global IT collaboration. Focus on provisioning accounts, troubleshooting connectivity issues, maintaining SLAs, and coordinating vendor repairs.

Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco – physical presence required for equipment logistics.

What you will do

  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding: provision M365, OKTA, business apps accounts and assign/recover equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of laptops, peripherals; handle repairs, replacements, shipping with vendors and WeWork.
  • Track SaaS licenses (M365, Zoom, Adobe), manage renewals, user requests, records.
  • Provide L1/L2 support: device setup, connectivity, video conferencing, access requests, meet SLAs.
  • Collaborate globally on endpoint management (Intune, Jamf Pro), OKTA workflows, track tasks in Microsoft Planner.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in IT support or helpdesk.
  • Hands-on with M365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Entra).
  • Windows and macOS administration (basic-intermediate).
  • IT hardware inventory management experience.
  • Basic–intermediate English (written/spoken).
  • On-site in Guadalajara required.

Nice to have

  • OKTA or IAM tools.
  • Microsoft Intune or Jamf Pro.
  • Zendesk or ITSM platforms.
  • CrowdStrike or Zscaler.
  • Intermediate+ English.
  • SaaS or professional services background.
