What you will do

• Develop detailed block architecture and design digital circuits, including specifications and RTL implementation.
• Integrate digital blocks and IP into SoC infrastructure, including bus matrix, memory interfaces, clocking, and power management.
• Integrate mixed-signal and RF IP.
• Perform block-level and SoC verification using directed, random, and assertion-based methods, including mixed-signal co-simulation.
• Develop embedded firmware for SoC integration and validation.
• Conduct requirement, architecture, design, and verification reviews; contribute to reference manuals and datasheets.

Requirements

• MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of block requirements, system needs, and interfaces for digital circuits.
• Experience in RTL coding, SoC integration, and verification methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and System-On-Chip or ASIC design.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of microcontroller embedded processors like Cortex-M.
• Low-power implementation, software/firmware coding.
• UVM verification, Design for Testability (scan test, ATPG, MBIST).
• Scripting (Python, Perl, Tcl), AMBA bus protocols, communication peripherals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
