What you will do

• Implement enhancements to SDLC including standardized CI/CD pipelines, ephemeral environments, and local development tooling.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for shift-left quality, integrating component and end-to-end tests into workflows.
• Integrate AI-based tools into developer experience for automation of testing, debugging, and code quality checks.
• Develop core platform components focused on stability, usability, and performance metrics collection.
• Partner with architects and teams to resolve bottlenecks and support adoption of platform tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years in progressively complex software engineering roles
• Proven experience implementing platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling solutions
• Hands-on with SDLC execution, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows
• Ability to contribute to reliability, performance, and scalability of testing systems
• Compliance with U.S. export controls required

Nice to have

• End-to-end delivery of internal engineering systems
• Expertise in microservices on Kubernetes (AWS, GCP, Azure) with deployment strategies
• GitOps, ArgoCD, and build tooling like Gradle/Bazel
• Experience with DevEx tooling and scripting for release management
