What you will do
- Contribute to and take ownership of test automation for web and mobile, including framework development, test creation, execution, and reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
- Participate in manual testing activities like bug bashes and exploratory testing
- Collaborate daily with developers to understand changes and ensure test coverage
- Lead quality initiatives from planning through implementation and maintenance
- Mentor junior team members and monitor trends in testing to implement improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years as Software Engineer in Test or similar
- Extensive experience with web automation frameworks and proficiency in mobile; proficient in Flutter Driver, Dart, Python or TypeScript
- Experience with Playwright or similar, cloud-based testing platforms like SauceLabs
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies, SDLC, basic CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud)
- Ability to work until 7 PM CET regularly for US overlap; experience with distributed teams
