What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company strategy.
• Collaborate with Game Designers, Developers, BI, Art, and Marketing to develop new features and mechanics.
• Analyze and optimize key product KPIs including retention, monetization, and user acquisition.
• Conduct market and competitor research to propose new product directions.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure delivery quality across Agile sprints.
• Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and facilitate sprint reviews.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Game Producer in the mobile game industry.
• Strong understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle and design principles.
• Experience with product metrics such as retention, monetization, and UA.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret player behavior data.
