What you will do

• Define and improve intelligent workflows and automation capabilities across multiple business areas.
• Iterate on product direction and workflow design within highly ambiguous problem spaces.
• Analyze customer data and operational signals to drive systemic improvements rather than symptom-level fixes.
• Lead large cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, policy, and design.
• Prototype and validate new AI-driven ideas with a strong bias for execution and experimentation.
• Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and execution risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of product management experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience shipping GenAI products across any domain.
• Strong data-backed product intuition and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery at scale.
• Ability to translate abstract strategy into clear roadmaps and execution plans.
• Must be based onsite at the hirify.global Vietnam HCM Office.
