Location: Must be based in or able to work in Ho Chi Minh City (Hybrid: 3 days in office/week).

What you will do

• Own product outcomes end-to-end from initial problem discovery to post-launch impact.
• Define and evolve product strategy based on user insights, business priorities, and data.
• Drive prioritization and navigate trade-offs across competing product opportunities and constraints.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product direction and actionable execution plans.
• Align cross-functional teams around measurable goals rather than just feature output.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in product management roles.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable product impact such as growth, engagement, or revenue.
• Strong product judgment and ability to identify scalable solutions to high-impact problems.
• Data fluency and capability to use metrics to guide decisions.
• Experience driving decisions across cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers on system design and constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience building data-driven products.
• Background in experimentation, growth strategies, or user lifecycle optimization.
• Experience working with diverse user groups or varied stakeholder landscapes.
