Junior Producer

Junior Producer (Animation/VFX): Delivering animation projects including TV series, films, cinematics and video games within budgets, deadlines and quality standards with an accent on client relationships, team leadership and production planning. Focus on establishing project milestones, managing resources, resolving pipeline issues and ensuring profitability through adaptive problem-solving and clear communication.

Location: Montréal / Québec with flexibility to work from studio or home

What you will do

• Inspire and guide animation project teams through collaborative leadership towards excellence.
• Act as primary client contact, maintaining communication and trust while managing expectations.
• Establish project planning, milestones and budgets in collaboration with VFX/CG supervisors and leads.
• Identify and resolve issues across pipeline, IT, HR and client needs to preserve profitability and quality.
• Monitor approvals, adapt production plans, prepare reports and change orders as needed.
• Coach creative teams, update resource planning and develop payment schedules.

Requirements

• Mandatory bilingualism (French/English)
• University education in a relevant field
• Very good knowledge of Shotgrid
• Successfully delivered cinematic or short-duration projects
• Strong project management skills, industry knowledge and client relationship building
• Collaborative leadership, diplomacy, adaptability and budget management under tight deadlines
