What you will do

• Lead stylized character art projects and focus on art direction.
• Ensure quality control of the team’s artistic and technical output.
• Support and mentor the team to resolve artistic and technical challenges.
• Organize task distribution and workflow across the project team.
• Develop technical specifications and art guides aligned with project goals.
• Create efficient UV maps and texture bakes using Substance Painter.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience as a Project Lead in stylized 3D character art within game development.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong skills in Zbrush sculpting, character topology, UV mapping, and texture baking.
• Excellent knowledge of anatomy and experience with hard surface modeling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
