What you will do

• Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Node, Python, or Go.
• Build and manage containerized environments utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design and maintain high-performance relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.
• Implement critical security measures and authentication layers to protect backend APIs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical growth and knowledge-sharing across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience with strong backend development exposure.
• At least 3 years of experience in Agile environments within AI or analytics-focused organizations.
• Strong expertise in one or more of: Java, Node, Python, or Go, and proficiency with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
