What you will do

• Design and deliver n8n workflows for end-to-end HR processes, including approvals, notifications, and SLA tracking.
• Connect enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven triggers.
• Translate HR policy and business rules into clean, auditable workflow logic.
• Integrate AI/LLM services, handling context, responses, and routing exceptions.
• Implement system resilience through retries, fallbacks, and structured error handling with full audit trails.
• Manage workflows across development, test, staging, and production environments.

Requirements

• Hands-on n8n experience in a production environment (or similar tools like Make or Airflow).
• Solid REST/SOAP API integration skills, including webhooks and conditional logic.
• Proficiency with JSON, basic SQL, and data mapping within workflow tools.
• Experience working with enterprise HR, government, or regulated systems.
• Strong expertise in error handling, audit logging, and secure credential management.
