What you will do

• Manage the configuration and administration of Zoho One (CRM, Desk, Creator, and Analytics).
• Build and maintain custom applications and automate workflows using Deluge scripting.
• Develop custom functions, modules, and reporting dashboards to support business decisions.
• Implement and maintain third-party integrations via REST APIs, Zoho Flow, or Zapier.
• Ensure data integrity, resolve broken workflows, and maintain clear documentation of custom logic.
• Act as the internal Zoho subject matter expert, providing troubleshooting and user training.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho One applications.
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Demonstrated experience with third-party integrations (REST APIs, Zoho Flow, Zapier).
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex workflow or data problems.

Nice to have

• Zoho Certified Consultant certification.
