What you will do

• Architect and scale the foundational security layer of the global ecosystem.
• Take full ownership of authentication and authorization infrastructure.
• Lead the design of mission-critical systems, including identity federation and complex token lifecycles.
• Build a resilient, multi-tenant identity fabric supporting global gaming integrations and SaaS architectures.
• Ensure security, platform stability, and high-quality developer experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in backend or systems engineering.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Expert-level proficiency in Golang for building high-performance distributed systems.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes in AWS or GCP environments.
• Deep architectural understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and SCIM.
• Must be based in Serbia

Nice to have

• Experience with ReBAC, ABAC, or Open Policy Agent (OPA).
• Familiarity with Ory (Kratos/Keto), Keycloak, Auth0, or ForgeRock.
• Experience building multi-tenant architectures for global SaaS or large-scale Gaming ecosystems.
• Active contributions to Open Source Golang projects or security libraries.
