What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy features within the Vantage platform, focusing on document processing pipelines and API layers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while championing engineering best practices through code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and ML engineers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Identify and implement improvements to services and tooling to reduce technical debt and increase engineering velocity.
• Monitor the health of cloud services and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in C++.
• Ability and willingness to work with C# .NET.
• Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed system design at enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, testable code.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, Storage, Key Vaults, Azure SQL).
• Hands-on experience with workflow-driven systems (orchestration, state management).
• Experience integrating Machine Learning, Neural Networks, or LLMs into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with OCR, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
