What you will do

• Gather and document requirements for eCommerce platform enhancements and new features.
• Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams.
• Prepare configuration guidelines for eCommerce solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Identify gaps in existing eCommerce functionalities and propose improvements.
• Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT eCommerce projects.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement for eCommerce platforms.
• Experience in digital transformation or platform optimization projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
