What you will do

• Drive agile hardware/software development cycles to achieve program-level milestones.
• Develop and refine a scalable NPI framework tailored to agile cycles.
• Partner with product managers and engineering leads to align roadmaps with quality standards and operational scalability.
• Coordinate launch readiness across Field Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and Fleet Operations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to implement a scalable supply chain footprint.
• Oversee release planning milestones (alpha, beta, phased rollouts) and lead post-launch retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in HW/SW product development or TPM, with at least 3 years specifically in NPI.
• Strong understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with hardware development practices, including BOM, Manufacturing Readiness, and SOPs.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sunnyvale, CA office under a hybrid policy.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
• Background in ADAS or Autonomous Vehicle development.
