What you will do

• Translate and adapt in-game text, narrative content, UI, subtitles, and marketing materials between Ukrainian and English.
• Maintain and improve localization glossaries, style guides, and terminology databases.
• Coordinate localization tasks and priorities with Narrative, Production, QA, Community, and Marketing teams.
• Review and proofread localized content to ensure linguistic quality and narrative intent.
• Identify localization issues in-game and collaborate with QA teams on fixes and improvements.
• Optimize localization pipelines and workflows to improve communication between departments.

Requirements

• Professional-level written and spoken skills in Ukrainian and English.
• Previous experience in localization, translation, copywriting, linguistic QA, or content management.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with localization platforms or CMS tools.
• Strong understanding of tone, nuance, and context-sensitive translation.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for video games, storytelling, and immersive worldbuilding.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the games industry.
• Familiarity with CAT tools or spreadsheet-based localization workflows.
• Experience with subtitle localization or narrative-heavy content.
