Location: Remote (Must be based in Malta, Estonia, Georgia, Poland, or Serbia)

What you will do

  • Analyze gaming economy health and player behavior to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with CRM teams to design, track, and analyze campaigns, building player segmentation models to maximize lifetime value.
  • Develop advanced Tableau and Looker dashboards and automated reports for real-time player lifecycle visibility.
  • Translate data science models into actionable monetization solutions for leadership.
  • Validate features via A/B testing and statistical analysis to champion a testing culture.
  • Forecast and measure the impact of gamification features on engagement and spend.

Requirements

  • Gaming industry experience in BI/data analysis for monetization, gamification, or CRM analytics.
  • Proven experience supporting CRM teams on reporting and lifecycle strategies.
  • Advanced SQL for large-scale data and proficiency in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Deep knowledge of player behavior, virtual economies, and gamification mechanics.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver clear recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach regarding trends and data integrity.
