Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + London Weighting (£5,441)

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent brand integration projects covering creative development, production, marketing, and live service.
• Build and maintain relationships with external development partners as the key point of contact and project lead.
• Act as brand guardian ensuring projects meet brand guidelines, tone, and quality standards.
• Coordinate approvals and project updates with stakeholders at all levels for alignment and visibility.
• Identify risks early, problem-solve creatively, and provide actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in game production.
• Experience with major media brands or high-profile IP, working directly with IP holders.
• Experience with full game development cycles from pitch to live ops.
• Excellent communication skills for clear feedback, direction, and collaboration across business lines.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and communications across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take initiative.
• Deep knowledge of video game industry, trends, player needs, expectations, and motivations.
