What you will do
- Manage strategic relationships and day-to-day operations with all studios within the Playzido network.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and develop KPI scorecards to enable data-driven prioritization.
- Refine and implement the framework for onboarding and managing studios to streamline operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and oversee studio deliverables for all games.
- Identify and manage risks, escalating issues and communicating regulatory or product requirement impacts.
- Represent the company at industry events and coordinate partner-focused activities.
Requirements
- Experience in managing partnerships and B2B account management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Experience working within a regulated online environment where certification and regulation are integral to the process.
- Deep knowledge of the gambling industry, specifically the Casino sector.
- High level of organization, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
