TL;DR

Marketing Intern (B2B): Support marketing and sales teams across all stages of campaign planning and execution with an accent on developing B2B marketing assets, coordinating alliance and partnership events, and supporting new product launch events. Focus on collaborating with creative, sales, agencies, and vendors to produce assets aligned with brand guidelines and contributing to content editing, translation, proofreading, and reporting.

Location: Hybrid Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

  • Support development and execution of B2B communications for Personal Workspace Solutions and Team Workspace Solutions.
  • Develop B2B marketing assets, coordinate alliance/partnership events, and support new product launches.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, agencies, and vendors to produce assets and manage operations per brand guidelines.
  • Edit, translate, and proofread content for websites, social media, and partner channels.
  • Contribute to reporting and team meetings, plus ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Hybrid in Taipei, Taiwan
  • Solid understanding of marketing techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, video editing software, analytics.
  • Current enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn industry practices.
