What you will do

• Prototype features to validate mechanics and player flows, primarily in Figma.
• Present 2–3 solution options with trade-offs and align with the team on direction.
• Run feedback loops, iterate quickly, and drop non-working approaches.
• Prepare clean handoffs including flows, states, edge cases, specs, notes, and prototypes for UI artists, engineers, and level designers.
• Participate in design reviews, pointing out problems and offering actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Articulate why a design works and explain decision-making process clearly and confidently.
• Play mobile games and understand common patterns like onboarding, events, offers, and upgrade systems.
• Confident in Figma and quick iteration based on feedback.
• Think in constraints, balancing player experience with production realities.
• Comfortable communicating in English, including deeper reasoning behind work.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in mobile game industry.
• Ability to take wireframes to polished UI fitting existing art style.
• Familiarity with game build tools like Unity/Unreal and Blender.
• Latvian language skills.
