Location: Madrid (Spain), Sophia Antipolis (France), Frankfurt (Germany), or Praha (Czech Republic). Office based 4 days a week.

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts to provide guidance and support.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer technical needs to provide tailored security solutions.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on the full range of products using lab equipment.
- Take ownership of customer incidents to drive timely resolutions and manage expectations.
- Produce service reports to summarize activity and performance for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to report and follow up on software and hardware issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical support or post-sales role.
- Strong understanding of data networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDoS, VPN, and WAF.
- Fluency in Spanish and business-level English is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with products.
- certifications (FCP, FCSS, FCX) or equivalent.
