What you will do

• Detect, assess, and respond to cybersecurity events and incidents across the enterprise
• Lead incident response activities, coordinating containment, escalation, and remediation
• Analyze and triage logs and alerts from infrastructure, endpoints, and applications
• Drive continuous improvement of monitoring, detection, and SIEM capabilities
• Contribute to security policies and emergency response procedures
• Provide security metrics and reporting to management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Location: Barcelona, Spain with flexible hybrid model
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in security operations or management
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, attack/defense techniques, vulnerability management
• Proven experience leading incident response in complex environments
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, cloud)
• Familiarity with OWASP, NIST, CIS benchmarks
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to have

• Professional certifications (GIAC/GCIH, CISA, CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCNA, CISSP, MCSE)
• Experience with external security providers and threat intelligence
• Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery
