What you will do

• Boost motion design capacity by creating and animating graphics and editing videos during campaign demand spikes.
• Collaborate with UA team to deliver high-quality motion assets aligned with fast-changing priorities.
• Adapt designs, produce rapid iterations, and handle localization for global markets.
• Produce static ads and thumbnails as needed.
• Experiment with generative AI tools for new video concepts and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain brand guidelines and deliver compelling visuals communicating app features and benefits.

Requirements

• 3+ years in motion design with strong portfolio in animation and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe CC, and Figma or similar.
• Strong animation principles, visual effects, and eye for detail with brand consistency.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and understanding of performance marketing (CTR, conversions).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and curiosity for AI tools including generative AI video platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech/digital marketing, femtech/health/wellbeing.
• Creating static ads, familiarity with Cinema 4D or 3D motion design.
• Basic understanding of user acquisition (UA) and CRM creatives.
