What you will do

• Design and deliver videos and marketing materials aligned with brand and performance objectives
• Create and manage video ad briefs while maintaining high execution standards
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, animators, and creatives to ideate performance-oriented briefs
• Tailor ad copy, headlines, and CTAs to resonate with target audiences
• Manage design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-brand results
• Develop and optimize engaging social media ad creatives for platforms like Meta, using AI tools and testing data

Requirements

• 1.5+ years in professional creative role with focus on performance-driven marketing or social media advertising
• Skilled in motion design with hands-on experience in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere (or similar)
• Current with latest AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency
• Creative and analytical thinker comfortable with data-driven decisions
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and business goals alignment
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Highly independent with strong time management
