What you will do

• Coordinate the annual internship campaign by collecting needs and publishing job ads across various platforms.
• Manage the recruitment workflow, including conducting final round interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and organize events and social activities for the company's intern community.
• Support People Operations with onboarding for interns and new joiners and document internal processes.
• Participate in career fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing.
• Assist in testing and proposing enhancements for recruitment tools.

Requirements

• Master’s student in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and candidate experience.
• Curiosity about deep-tech and scientific environments.
• Professional-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or able to work from Paris.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• Previous internship or experience in the recruitment field.
