What you will do
- Develop go-to-market plans, analyze trends, and handle licensing and compliance for launches in Istanbul and new cities.
- Build partnerships with top real estate agents through outreach, presentations, events, and onboarding.
- Provide market insights to Product team, gather agent feedback, and pilot features for adoption.
- Hire and manage local teams, set up offices and processes, and coordinate cross-functional launch efforts.
Requirements
- Fluent in Turkish & English (both written and verbal)
- 4+ years in operations, business development, expansion, or startup growth
- Experience in startups at exponential growth stage and/or top-tier consulting firms
- Experience in sales, partnerships, or market expansion in tech-enabled company
- Proven track record of launching new markets or territories
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; highly organized and results-driven

- Experience in real estate
