TL;DR
Sales Manager (Flexible Packaging): Responsible for medium-sized key accounts; develops and implements sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue targets and service goals with an accent on building strong client relationships and coordinating client activities. Focus on business analysis including data crunching, pricing, margin management, and KPIs.
Location: Onsite at Esenyurt site in İstanbul, Türkiye. Must be within reasonable commuting distance.

What you will do
- Manage medium-sized key accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and account plans to hit revenue targets and service goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate client-related activities for consistent service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Proven experience as Key Account Manager or similar client-facing role, preferably in flexible packaging.
- Success in maintaining and growing key client relationships.
- Strong business acumen to understand clients' businesses and spot growth opportunities.
- Ability to monitor business analysis (data crunching, pricing, margins, KPIs) using various tools.
- Proficiency in SAP, SFDC, Microsoft tools, Excel, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
