What you will do

• Create high-quality documentation including API guides, user manuals, how-tos supported with UI snapshots.
• Maintain and improve help portals built with Docusaurus, MkDocs or similar engines.
• Work with repository flows and version control systems using docs-as-code approach.
• Automate documentation workflows and use AI tools to accelerate content generation.
• Write B2B/B2C materials like brochures, white papers, and comprehensive release notes.
• Produce scripts and UI footage for product videos and ensure consistent terminology across all materials.

Requirements

• Evidence of creating comprehensive documentation for forex or finance products.
• Experience maintaining help portals on popular documentation engines.
• Competence in version control systems and docs-as-code.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows for productivity.
• Evidence of crafting technology-intensive B2B/B2C materials.
• Excellent writing skills with strong English grammar and instructional design knowledge.
• Responsiveness to feedback and quick learning ability.
