AI DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

AI DevOps Engineer (AI-PDLC): Design, build, and evolve the AI-PDLC platform including pipelines and intelligent agents responsible for generating, validating, and deploying software with an accent on AI-driven automation, GitOps, and scalable development systems. Focus on integrating AI tools like Claude Code and AWS Kiro, improving agent accuracy and performance, and embedding quality, security, and observability into pipelines.

What you will do

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines across the full delivery lifecycle from spec to deploy;
• Implement infrastructure as code, GitOps-based deployments, and containerized environments;
• Develop and manage AI agents to convert specifications into tests, automation, and code validation;
• Integrate AI tools like Claude Code and AWS Kiro into workflows and improve agent lifecycle management;
• Embed quality, security checks, monitoring, logging, and tracing into pipelines for observability and traceability;
• Automate testing including edge cases, collaborate on releases, and drive continuous improvement standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering;
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Harness);
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS;
• Programming/scripting in Python, Java, or Bash;
• Repository and artifact management (Bitbucket, Nexus);
• English B1+ or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools;
• Test automation (Playwright, RestAssured);
• Specification-driven development;
• Integration patterns or platforms.
